Preventative Interventions
Research convincingly shows that our inherited genome expresses itself according to the various influences manipulating our cells.
- visualizing some cellular environments today as the polluted cesspools is the metaphoric “one small step for man” ,
- to grasp that some substances we allow past our lips under the guise of food as perhaps the largest contributor to unwanted cellular expression is the “one giant leap for mankind”
{phrases bolded attributed to American Astronaut Neil Armstrong}
From the earlier introduced need to establish realistic and objective biochemical blood parameters, the overall concept of ‘balance’ in our bodies is key. For full preventative benefit, all three of the issues below should be attended to to the extent possible
- increasing (deficient) or adding (missing) micronutrients and compounds,
- decreasing surplus micronutrients and compounds, and
- removing/reducing as much as possible toxins (foreign, harmful levels)
